Orders & Transactions

Once you place an order through our website, it undergoes a standard processing time of 4–5 business days before shipment. You’ll receive an email confirmation and tracking details once your order is on the way.

We accept a variety of manual payment options including PayPal, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash App, and Bitcoin. Instructions are provided during checkout.

Payment methods may be changed prior to processing. If you need to update your payment option, please contact our support team promptly after placing your order. We’ll work with you to revise the method as long as the payment has not yet been finalized.

BioFusion Peptides does not charge additional fees, but your payment provider may apply service charges or conversion fees, if applicable.

All sales are final. Requests for cancellations must be submitted prior to order processing. Please contact support for assistance.

Yes. We do not store payment information. All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are processed in 4–5 business days and shipped via Priority Mail (1–3 business days for domestic orders). Weekend orders begin processing the next business day.

All shipments are packed with care to protect the integrity of the research solutions. Packaging is discreet, secure, and optimized for preservation.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or regulatory inspections. Contact us if your order is significantly delayed.

In most cases, no signature is required. If your location requires secure delivery, please contact support prior to shipment.

Please email support@biofusionpeptides.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the package and contents for prompt resolution.

Yes, all customers must create an account to place an order and receive product documentation and updates.

Orders cannot be modified once processing begins. Please reach out immediately if you need to cancel or update an order.

Wholesale & Collaboration

Yes. Our wholesale tiers begin at 10 solutions per order. Higher volume orders qualify for greater discounts.

Wholesale clients receive dedicated assistance, access to our Wholesale Catalog Sheet, and eligibility for tier-based pricing.

Yes. Mixed product types (vials, sprays, capsules) count toward your wholesale tier total. Supplies are excluded from this total.

We do not currently offer private labeling or custom packaging. All solutions are shipped in standardized research-labeled formats.

Violating the Terms & Conditions of BioFusion Peptides may result in the immediate termination of access to our products and services. Offending accounts may be permanently restricted from future purchases and placed on a no-sell list to preserve operational integrity.

In severe cases involving fraud or misuse, we reserve the right to pursue legal action as permitted by law, which may include civil or criminal proceedings.

Buyers are solely responsible for the proper storage, handling, and disposal of research solutions in accordance with applicable guidelines and safety regulations. This includes maintaining recommended storage conditions and ensuring products are handled and disposed of responsibly. Improper use may compromise research quality and could lead to regulatory consequences.

All BioFusion Peptides solutions are manufactured in WHO/GMP and ISO 9001:2008 certified facilities in partnership with cGMP-compliant manufacturers. Each batch undergoes HPLC testing to verify research-grade purity and consistency.
